ORDER : Mohammad Rafiq, J. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, who are posted in different districts, for their transfers in a particular district. 2. In view of the nature of the case, this writ petition is not maintainable. However, it would be open for the petitioners to approach the respondents by way of detailed representation(s) for the redressal of their grievances as per the new transfer Policy dated 20.11.2021. 3. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
