ORDER 1. I.A. No. 117086 of 2022, Application for filing the petition without disclosing the identity of the respondent No.2 is allowed. 2. Heard Mr. Mukul Rohatgi and Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned senior advocates, in support of the petition. 3. Issue notice, returnable on 19.09.2022. 4. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. 5. The process may also be served on the learned standing counsel for the State of NCT of Delhi. 6. Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Singh, learned advocate, who has been representing the original complainant in the Courts below seeks to appear on her behalf. He prays for and is granted some time to file vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant. He is also at liberty to file affidavit in response to the petition within two weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter. 7. Pending further consideration, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the Order presently under challenge as well as of further proceedings in Criminal Complaint No. 8566/2018 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 8. Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Singh, learned advocate, submits that after the passing of the order by the High Court, the complainant was assaulted and, therefore, needs police protection. 9. The complainant is at liberty to approach the concerned police station and if any application is made, the concerned police station shall look into the matter and extend every possible help, including the police protection, if required.
