JUDGMENT : 1. Heard the counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the District Judge, Mau to expeditiously decide Misc. Appeal No. 19 of 2022 pending in the court of District Judge, Mau. 3. The District Judge, Mau is directed to make all endeavours to expeditiously decide the aforesaid appeal, if still pending, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid appeal. 4. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
