ORDER : 1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties shall prepare a tabulated chart containing the following details for every matter: (i) The offence for which the petitioners have been convicted. (ii) The date of the judgment of the trial court. (iii) The year of the filing of the Criminal Appeal in the High Court. (iv) The period of imprisonment undergone: (a) Without remission. (b) With remission. (v) Whether the petitioner or petitioners are on bail. (vi) The current status of the application for pre-mature release, if any filed. 2. The chart shall be shared with Ms. Garima Prashad, AAG for the State of Uttar Pradesh. The AAG shall prepare a consolidated chart and place it before the Court. 3. List the petitions on 6 September 2022, on the top of the Board. WP (Crl) Nos. 32 of 2022, 484 of 2021 and 413 of 2020 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners state that the petitioners have already been released. The petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, on the request of the counsel. WP (Crl) Nos. 185 of 2021, 87 of 2021, 152 of 2021, 154 of 2021, 186 of 2021 and 188 of 2021 1. We have heard Ms. Anu Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Ms Garima Prashad, AAG appearing for the State of Uttar Pradesh. 2. After due verification, it has been stated before the Court that this batch of cases may be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 18 July 2022 in Murari Lodh vs. Awanish Kumar Awasthi, Contempt Petition (C) No. 116 of 2022 in Writ Petition (Crl) No. 87 of 2021. 3. The petitions are accordingly disposed of in the above terms. 4. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
