This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 291 dated 13.5.2021, under Section 3(l)(u) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (amendment 2015) at Police Station, Hansi City. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time and realising that the petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach Sessions Court. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
