ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the parties are present. 2. The interim order dated 25th September, 2020 and extended from time to time is due to expire today. 3. Let the interim order be extended till 14th March, 2022. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the University seeks extension of time to file its affidavit-in-opposition. 5. It appears from the records that the University was to file its affidavit-in-opposition within two weeks from the order dated 25th September, 2020. The time to file the affidavit-in-opposition was extended by another order dated 6th January, 2021 by which the University was to file its affidavit-in-opposition within 20th January, 2021. 6. Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within three weeks from date upon costs being paid by the University assessed at Rs. 10,000/- to be paid to Bharat Sevasram Sangha, Kolkata within a fortnight from date and Reply, if any, within two weeks thereafter. 7. List this matter after five weeks. 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to serve all notices to learned counsel presently representing the University.
