ORDER 1. Application seeking oral hearing in the Review Petition is dismissed. 2. After considering the facts on record and the rival submissions, by its detailed judgment dated 25.04.2022, this Court allowed the appeal, which judgment is now subject matter of the instant Review Petition. 3. We have gone through the grounds raised in the Review Petition but do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference. 4. This Review Petition is therefore dismissed.
