JUDGMENT 1. There is no representation for appellant. 2. Learned High Court Government Pleader representing respondent No.1 is present. 3. This appeal is filed by accused under Sec. 14A(1) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeking bail. However, learned HCGP submits that already accused is released on bail on 30/10/2021 and produced daily status report in respect of Spl.C(pcsoa).No.63/2021 (Cr.No.50/2021 of Aladur P.S), Chikkamagalur Taluk pending on the file of Addl.District and Sessions Judge - FTSC-I. According to the daily status report, on 30/10/2021 appellant/accused is released on bail. 4. In view of the same, this appeal does not survive for consideration and accordingly it is dismissed as having become infructuous.
