ORDER 1. Invoking the jurisdiction under Article 32 of the Constitution, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: 'A) To direct the Respondents herein to Abolish the practice of principles of Laws of Manu / Principles of Varashrama as the same leads to discrimination and diversifying the people of India on the basis of Religion, Caste, Language, Sect and etc. B) To direct the Respondents to form a Committee to investigate and identify the practice of law of Manu which are prevalent in various forms across India and declare them as unconstitutional. C) Pass such other further order(s) that this Hoh'ble Court Deem fit and Proper in the interest of justice.' 2. The petition is thoroughly misconceived. The petition shall stand dismissed. 3. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
