JUDGMENT Vivek Agarwal, J. - Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee by registered A.D. post within seven days, returnable within four weeks, on the limited ground as urged by Shri Mohammad Ali that petitioner will not be covered in the definition of colonizer as provided under Section 61-A, therefore, no penalty can be inflicted on him as provided under Section 61-D of the Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993. 2. Reply be filed on the ground that when Section 172 of the M.P.L.R.C. has been deleted then whether action taken by the petitioner prior to repeal of Section 172 will have impact on the further proceedings or not. List the case in the week commencing 23.01.2023.
