JUDGMENT Dr. Justice K. Manmadha Rao, J. - During hearing Mr. V.V.N.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant was died about 3 years ago and the legal heirs of the deceased appellant was taken away the case file. Therefore, he reported no instructions in the matter. 2. Since the appellant was died about 3 years ago, no steps had been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased appellant in the appeals till date, the respective Appeals got abated. 3. In view of the above said circumstances, the two C.M.S.As are dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. 4. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
