ORDER : 1. By way of this petition under Section 397 read with 401 CrPC, the petitioner has prayed for setting aside the order dated 02.11.2016 passed in Misc Case No.20/2014 as well as order dated 26.06.2018 passed in Criminal Misc Appeal No.12(4)/2016 whereby petitioner was directed to pay the compensation as well as monthly maintenance to the respondent wife. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Revision is admitted for hearing. 4. Let Notice be issued to the sole respondent by registered post with A/D and usual process, returnable by 6(six) weeks. Call for the scanned copy of the LCRs from both the forums. List matter after the returnable date. Payer for interim relief will be considered on the next returnable date on appearance of the other side.
