JUDGMENT A.V. Sesha Sai, J. - Heard. 2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the supporting affidavit, the I.A.No.1 of 2022 is allowed, permitting the petitioner to withdraw the C.M.A.No.55 of 2016, with a liberty to take steps in accordance with law. 3. Consequently, C.M.A., is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to take steps in accordance with law. No order as to costs. 4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
