JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 2. As per order, dated 13.08.2021, passed in W.P.No.10881 of 2021, this Court allowed the Writ Petition filed for grant of police aid for effective implementation of the temporary injunction order passed by the competent civil Court in I.A.No.224 of 2020 in O.S.No.22 of 2020 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Peddapuram, which in turn was confirmed in C.M.A.No.3 of 2021 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Kakinada. 3. Thereafter, the present Contempt Case was filed stating that despite the direction given by this Court to the police to provide police aid for effective implementation of the said temporary injunction order that the police did not provide any police aid and thereby violated the order of this Court and committed an act of contempt. 4. Respondents filed counter-affidavit stating that they have in fact provided police aid to the petitioner in compliance with the direction of this Court. However, they expressed some difficulty in implementing the order of this Court stating that the property is adjoining to the forest area and that round the clock protection is not possible. 5. However, at the time of hearing the Contempt Case, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing this Contempt Case that the police have been providing police aid for effective implementation of the said temporary injunction order. 6. Therefore, recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, as long as the said temporary injunction order is in force and as this Court has directed the police to provide police aid to the petitioner for effective implementation of the said temporary injunction order, as and when required whenever there is an attempt made by the respondents in I.A.No.224 of 2020 in O.S.No.22 of 2020 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapuram, to violate the said temporary injunction order, the police shall provide adequate police aid to the petitioner for effective implementation of the said temporary injunction order. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
