JUDGMENT K. Sreenivasa Reddy, J. - This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/A-17, seeking to relax the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.MP No.1842 of 2022 by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district. 2. Petitioner/A17 filed a bail application in Crl.M.P. No.1842 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district, for grant of bail in Crime No.70 of 2022 of Devipatnam Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120-B read with 34 IPC. The learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-17, vide order dated 22.10.2022, imposed condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Devipatnam Police Station on every Wednesday between 11.00 AM and 12.00 Noon till the date of filing of charge sheet. 3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from chronic asthmatic attacks and she is unable to undertake travel all the way from Rajahmundry to Devipatnam. 4. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that major portion of the investigation is completed. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the condition imposed upon the petitioner/A-17, while granting bail in Crl.MP No.1842 of 2022 by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district, directing her to appear before the Station House Officer, Devipatnam Police Station on every Wednesday between 11.00 AM and 12.00 Noon till the date of filing of charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. 6. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
