JUDGMENT Vijay Kumar Shukla, J. - The grievance of the petitioner is that after registration of FIR in the matter on 16.06.2022, no action has been taken by the respondents. On the complaint of the petitioner, the said FIR was registered for commission of offences under Section 420, 406 of IPC and also the offences under Section 3, 4, 5 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and Section 6(1) of Madhya Pradesh Nikshepakon Ke Hiton Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam 2000 which was registered at Crime No.513/22 at Police Station - Chandan Nagar, District-Indore, but no action has been taken after registration of the said FIR. The petitioner has made complaints to the higher police authorities, however, he has not submitted any representation to the respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police (West Zone), Indore. 2. Considering the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation for expeditious investigation before the respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police (West Zone), Indore within a period of 7 days from today and if such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered by the respondent No.2 and he shall take prompt steps for expeditious investigation in accordance with the law. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. 4. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off.
