JUDGMENT A.V. Sesha Sai, J. - When the matter is taken up it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-University of Medical Sciences, on instructions, that the mop up round counselling for competent quota seats came to an end on 18.12.2022 and in respect of the mop up round for management quota seats have been allotted and the reporting time is tomorrow i.e., 20.12.2022. It is further submitted that notification with regard to the stray vacancies will have to be issued. 2. In view of the above submissions, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the writ petitioner to apply for the stray vacancies, if any notification is issued by the University. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
