Manmadha Rao, J. - During hearing Mr. Harinatha Reddy Somagutta, learned counsel representing learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner has received benefits from the respondents in the year 2019 itself. Therefore, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive any further for adjudication, no further orders required in this matter and requested to close the writ petition. 2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 3. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
