JUDGMENT Dr. Justice K. Manmadha Rao, J. - When the matter was listed on 09.11.2022, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. K. Srinivas Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. M. Ramgopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner that the counsel has given No Objection to the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner and the matter to be listed to 07.12.2022. 2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, though notice is served on the sole petitioner by the Registry. It appears that, the petitioner have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. 4. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
