JUDGMENT Dr. Justice K. Manmadha Rao, J. - This Writ Petition is filed, seeking the following relief: '.....to issue a Writ, Order or direction to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent bearing G.O.Rt.No.394, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Vig-I, Department dated 24.06.2016 and set aside the same by declaring it is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and void and contrary to Rule 20 of APCS CC and A Rules and consequently direct the respondents to release the increments to the petitioner and pass such other orders....' 2. Heard Mr. Rangarajula Rajasekhara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-IV for the respondents. 3. During hearing learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that this matter is squarely covered by this Court Order dated 05.07.2022 in W.P.No.21768 of 2021 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents conceded the same. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in dated 05.07.2022 in W.P.No.21768 of 2021, while declaring the impugned G.O.Rt.No.394, dated 24.06.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and same is hereby set aside and further directing the respondents to release the increments to the petitioner as per his entitlement, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. The Registry is directed to annexe a copy of the order dated 05.07.2022 in W.P.No.21768 of 2021, along with this order.
