JUDGMENT Atul Sreedharan, J. - This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.41/2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station-Moti Nagar, Sagar, District- Sagar. 2. This case has specially been listed before this Court as per order dated 12.12.2022 as the regular Co-ordinate Bench hearing bail matters of Hon'ble Mrs.Justice Nandita Dubey is not available. 3. This application for bail under section 439 of Cr.P.C., where the applicant is in judicial custody since 06.12.2022. The offences are as herein-above. The bail application is uncontested in the sense that the learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the complainant and has also submitted that he has no objection if the bail is granted to the applicant. The FIR seems to have arisen from a commercial contract which went wrong between the parties. However, as the counsel for the complainant himself has stated that there has been a compromise between the parties and that he has no objection if the bail is granted to the applicant, and in view of the facts that the offences are basically interpersonal offences and that has been settled between the parties, this Court does not have to go into the merits of the case extensively. 4. Under the circumstances, the application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be be released on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. C.C. as per rules.
