JUDGMENT Vivek Agarwal, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime and unable to convince this Court about any illegality in the impugned order rejecting the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in a case filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 prays for withdrawal of this petition. 2. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
