ORDER : 1. The order passed by this court on 21st January, 2022 was communicated by email to the school on 24th January, 2022. 2. In the said order, inter alia, the school was directed to file a report in the form of an affidavit if the school thought that no-objection could not be granted to the petitioner. On 28th January, 2022 nobody approached this court with the said report. 3. Today learned advocate for the petitioner has handed me over a letter of the school dated 29.01.2012 signed by the headmaster directing the petitioner to submit the order issued on 28th January, 2022. It is found from the said letter of the school that the petitioner submitted an order copy dated 21.01.2022 to the school on 25.01.2022. 4. Despite having the said copy of the order of this court dated 21st January, 2022, neither the school filed any report in the form of an affidavit nor the school granted the petitioner no-objection. 5. This court is surprised by the letter of the school sent to the petitioner via email dated 29.01.2022 demanding order of this court dated 28.01.2022. 6. In such circumstances I direct the headmaster of the school to appear personally on 08.02.2022 at 10.30 a.m. before this court either with the no-objection certificate or with the report if the school thinks that no-objection cannot be issued to the petitioner. The report should be in the form of an affidavit. 7. This order is to be communicated by or on behalf of the petitioner via email to the school immediately and that will be treated as a good service. 8. List this matter on 8th February, 2022 at the top of the list. 9. The communication showing sending the order dated 21.01.2022 via email on 24th January, 2022 and the letter of the school dated 29th January, 2022 are kept on record.
