JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - This is an old Writ Petition of the year 2015. As the petitioner is not turning up for hearing in this old writ petition, the matter is posted, finally, to this day. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. So, it is evident that the petitioner is not evincing any interest to pursue this Writ Petition. 2. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
