JUDGMENT B.V.L.N. Chakravarthi, J. - The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that inspite of best efforts, there is no possibility of contacting the Revision Petitioners, for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased/sole respondent. In this matter, as per the memo filed on 23.09.2021, the sole respondent died on 17.04.2020. 2. In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition stands abated, as no steps are taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased/respondent, within time prescribed by law. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed, as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
