JUDGMENT R. Raghunandan Rao, J. - The petitioner has approached this Court contending that the complaint filed by her has not been registered by the police authorities and consequently seeks a direction from this Court to the official respondents to register the said complaint. 2. This Court by an order dated 30.07.2022 in W.P.No.8384 of 2020 and Batch had held such writ petitions are not maintainable and that the petitioner would have to avail the alternative remedy of approaching the Superintendent of Police and subsequently, the Magistrate. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail her remedies in the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
