JUDGMENT Gannamaneni Ramakrishna Prasad, J. - Heard Sri A.V. Pardhasaradhi, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I. 2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner, whose increments were stopped in pursuance of the Report in Disciplinary Enquiry, has preferred a Statutory Appeal before the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Guntur Range, Guntur (Respondent No.2) on 09.02.2022 (Ex.P.10). He submits that since 09.02.2022 his Appeal is pending before the Respondent No.2. 3. After having considered the facts and circumstances in this Writ Petition, ends of justice would be met by giving direction to the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the Appeal dated 09.02.2022 (Ex.P.10), within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of this Order, by passing a Speaking Order and convey the outcome forthwith to the Writ Petitioner. 4. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order within one week from today to the Respondent No.2 for further action. 5. Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of in terms of this order.
