JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - This is an old Writ Petition of the year 2015. Owing to the absence of the petitioners earlier, the matter is ordered to be listed finally today. Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. So, it is evident that the petitioners are not evincing any interest to pursue this Writ Petition. 2. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
