JUDGMENT Pranay Verma, J. - This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of temporary bail. The applicants are implicated in connection with Crime No.185/2022 registered at Police Station- Jeeran, District- Neemuch (MP) for offence punishable under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act. The applicants are in custody since 05.06.2022. 2. This application has been filed by the applicants for grant of temporary bail on account of death of Gurpreet, son of applicant No.1 and real brother of applicant No.2. 3. It is submitted on part of the applicants that the last rites of Gurpreet are to be performed on 23.12.2022 and being son and brother, their presence would be essential for the last rites. 4. Thus, in my opinion, looking to the relationship of the applicants with the deceased they deserve to be enlarge on temporary bail. 5. It is directed that the applicants shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) each with two solvent sureties in which one should be local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court for a period of 10 days from the date of their release. The applicants shall surrender before the trial Court on the very next day upon completion of the period of 10 days, failing which they shall be arrested by the Police and be put to face the trial in accordance with the law. 6. A copy of this order be sent to the Court concerned for compliance. Certified copy as per rules.
