JUDGMENT E.S. Indiresh, J. - Notice to respondent No.2 is dispend with. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record, so also the petitioner having last chance to appear in the examination of 3rd year Physiotherapy course as per notification dated 09.11.2022 of respondent-University and the last date for paying the examination fee is today, i.e. on 06.12.2022, in that view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed. Respondent-University is directed to permit the petitioner to attend the examination of 3rd year Physiotherapy course as per notification dated 09.11.2022 by accepting the examination fees.
