JUDGMENT E.S. Indiresh, J. - Sri. Vijayakumar S.C., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner-Trust is seeking writ of mandamus against the respondent No.2 to comply with the direction issued by the respondent No.1 in letter dated 15th November, 2022 (Annexure-H). 2. Smt. Pramodhini Kishan, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that there is no impediment for the respondent-Authorities to comply with the directions as stated at Annexure-H, however, the same is subject to eligibility criteria of the students admitted to the petitioner-Trust. 3. Placing the said submission on record, writ petition is disposed of.
