JUDGMENT Sanjay Dwivedi, J. - The applicant has filed this first bail application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in anticipation of his arrest in Crime No.337/2021 registered at Police Station Hatta, District Damoh, for the offence punishable under Section 63 of Copy Right Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by giving notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. the applicant was released by the police, but he is apprehending that the movement Charge sheet is filed and if he appears before the Court below, his application for granting bail shall be rejected. 3. Considering the aforesaid, without commenting anything on merits, I am directing that if the applicant appears before the Court below and moves an appropriated application, the Court will consider the same sympathetically and will not send to the applicant in jail. 4. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
