body2022
ORDER 1. Permission to appear and argue in-person is granted. 2. We have heard Ms. Harvinder Chowdhury, who has appeared in-person. 3. The instant petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution takes exception to the process adopted while designating 55 learned Advocates as Senior Advocates out of total of 237 applicants. 4. Ms. Chaudhury, submits inter alia - (a) that the documents appended to her application seeking consideration of her case did make out the case for her designation. (b) that the Committee was not properly constituted. (c) that the panel of two Judges, who interviewed the candidates, gave very less time for interview and hardly one or two questions were put to the candidates. 5. Having gone through the submissions raised in the petition, we see no reason to interfere. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
