JUDGMENT Rameshwar Vyas, J. - The present appeal has been preferred by the appellants-claimants for enhancement of compensation against the Judgment & award dated 15.01.2018 passed by the Judge, Motor accident Claims Tribunal, Sujangarh, District Churu in M.a.C. Case No. 45/2011, whereby while allowing the claim petition, a sum of Rs. 12,50,000/- was awarded in favour of the appellants-claimants on account of death of one Pannalal, which took place as a result of injuries sustained by him in a vehicle accident, which occurred on 06.07.2010. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent - insurance company very fairly submits that the respondent - insurance company is ready to give a lump sum amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- including interest, in addition to the amount already awarded by the tribunal in favour of the appellants-claimants, towards full and final settlement of the claim. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants-claimants submits that they will be satisfied if a further sum of Rs. 1,10,000/- over and above the amount already awarded by the tribunal, is awarded in their favour towards full and final settlement of their claim. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to the respondent - Insurance Company to pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- including interest, in addition to the amount already awarded by the tribunal vide its Judgment dated\ 15.01.2018, towards full and final settlement of the claim of the appellants-claimants in the present case. The enhanced amount shall be deposited before the tribunal within a period of four weeks from today. 6. after depositing the aforesaid amount, the tribunal shall disburse the same to the appellants-claimants in terms of the judgment dated 15.01.2018. 7. The judgment dated 15.01.2018 passed by the tribunal stands modified as referred above. 8. The original record of the tribunal be sent back forthwith.
