ORDER 1. There is delay of 975 days in filing the Review Petition. The explanation offered in the application seeking condonation of delay is not satisfactory at all. 2. We, therefore, refuse to condone delay. Consequently, the instant Review Petition is dismissed on the ground of limitation.
