ORDER 1. Mr. Kanwal Jeet Arora, learned Member Secretary, DSLSA submits that in pursuance of the meeting conducted of all the stakeholders on 14.12.2021, a sensitisation programme was held on 11.01.2022 with the officials of Delhi Police, where they were sensitised with respect to timely forwarding of FIRs registered under Sections 376/363 IPC and/or the POCSO Act as well as the cases where the aforementioned Sections are added later on, so that all necessary steps for awarding interim compensation to the victims in deserving cases could be taken at the earliest. He further submits that a Report detailing the steps taken in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court has been filed, however, the same is not on record. 2. The Registry shall ensure that the same is placed on record before the next date of hearing and a copy thereof shall also be provided to all the learned counsels for the parties. 3. Learned Member Secretary, DSLSA further submits that sensitisation programmes' shall be continued in future where not only the officials from the Delhi Police but also the counsellors from DCW would be made to join. Mr. Harender K. Singh, DCP (Legal), PHQ, Delhi and Ms. Neelam Narang, Addl.P.P./Incharge Rape Crisis Cell, DCW assure their co-operation in this regard. 4. Mr. Hirein Sharma, learned APP for the State, sseeks some more time to file the requisite affidavit in terms of the directions contained in the last order passed by this Court. 5. Mr. Harender K. Singh, DCP (Legal), PHQ, Delhi submits that in compliance of the directions, all the Districts' DCPs have been sensitized and necessary Standing Orders have also been issued so that the entire data with respect to the cases pertaining to the aforementioned Sections can be shared with the DSLSA. In this regard, it is also stated that all the District DCPs have stated on affidavits that data pertaining to the years 2012-2018 has already been shared with the DSLSA and no case is left out. 6. Ms. Neelam Narang, learned Additional P.P./Incharge Rape Crisis Cell, DCW who has also joined the V.C. proceedings, has referred to the affidavit filed on behalf of DCW. She states that the victim in BAIL APPLN. 619/2021 has been provided with the necessary counseling and she has enrolled in a beautician training course.
6. Ms. Neelam Narang, learned Additional P.P./Incharge Rape Crisis Cell, DCW who has also joined the V.C. proceedings, has referred to the affidavit filed on behalf of DCW. She states that the victim in BAIL APPLN. 619/2021 has been provided with the necessary counseling and she has enrolled in a beautician training course. It is also stated that the victim is being motivated and efforts are being made so that the victim who had studied upto 11th standard can continue her studies and can be admitted in the 12th standard. 7. Let the compliance affidavit be filed by the respondent/State before the next date of hearing with an advance copy thereof to the learned counsels for the parties. 8. List on 16.02.2022.
