ORDER 1. In the petition which is being monitored by this Court in the matter of leakage of question paper, a status report dated 25.05.2022 has been submitted alongwith the chart giving details of the action taken so far. According to Ld. Advocate General, the investigation has so far resulted in arrest of as many as 64 persons out of 87 against whom offence has been registered. According to him the investigation so far indicates that at the instance of Pradeep Parashar co-accused Ram Kripal Meena accessed the question papers and took out the same which resulted in leakage of REET Level-II paper. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/s in DB Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.2487/2022 would submit that the disclosure made by the respondents itself shows that Pradeep Parashar was engaged by the then Chairman of the Board and therefore, this provides sufficient material to also examine the role of then Chairman and to interrogate him in the case. 3. We find that the concerned Chairman has been removed from the office of Board of Secondary Education, State of Rajasthan. The records shown before us also indicates that concerned Chairman had engaged all the coordinators which included the disputed coordinators Pradeep Parashar who is said to be involved in the leakage. 4. It is also submitted that Pradeep Parashar managed to enter into the activity of movement of question papers which were kept in the boxes as the Collector of the concerned District had shared the confidential information with regard to the places where question papers were kept. 5. The allegations are that involvement of Pradeep Parashar was at the instance of the concerned Chairman. 6. At present, there is no material except that allegation. However, the investigation which is going on shall also investigate the role of the said Chairman-D.P. Jaroli and if necessary, he may also be interrogated in the matter. 7. On the next date of hearing, the information gathered upon further investigation shall be placed before this Court. 8. All these cases be listed on 30.06.2022. 9. Record which have been submitted today be kept in the sealed cover as part of the record of the case.
