ORDER 1. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the arguing counsel has not been able to travel down to Jodhpur (Rajasthan) for addressing the Court and thus, the matter may be adjourned. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the appellant shall apprise the Court about status of the trial which is going on against the accused appellant in the State of Gujarat for similar offences. 3. The instant application for suspension of sentences is adjourned as prayed.
