ORDER 1. Heard Mr. Mukul Rohagti and Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, Ms. Garima Prasad, learned Senior counsel appearing for the State of U.P. and Mr. Dushyant Dave, learned Senior counsel appearing for impleador(s) at a considerable length. 2. The Registar (Judl.I) of this Court is directed to find out from the First Additioinal Sessions Judge at Lakhimpur, U.P. as to how much time in the normal course is likely to take to conclude the trial, without compromising with the schedule of other pending or prirotaized matters in the said Court. 3. It is clarified that the First Additional Sessions Judge, shall not submit a tentative schedule/assessment on the assumption that this case is to be tried on out of turn basis. 4. The State of U.P. is directed to file an additional affidavit to point out the status of the investigation/proceedings arising out of First Information Report No.220/2021 dated 04-10-2021 registered on the complaint of Mr. Sumit Jaiswal. 5. The First Additional Sessions Judge shall, meanwhile, consider the desirability of deciding the issue of framing of charges in the above-mentioned FIR, as we are informed that charge-sheet had been filed way back on 20-1-2022 and the case has been committed to the Sessions Court being Sessions Trial No.77 of 2022. 6. List the matter on 11-01-2023.
