ORDER 1. Eight weeks' time is granted to file Status Report/reply by all the State Governments and the High Courts. 2. List after eight weeks. 3. If any learned counsel requests for digitized copy of the paper book, the Registry is directed to supply the same. 4. A copy of this order be sent to all the Registrars of the High Courts.
