JUDGMENT Arvind Singh Sangwan, J. - Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.05 dated 24.01.2018 registered under Sections 341, 324, 323, 326, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur. 2. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed and he surrendered before the trial Court the and was granted regular bail in the year 2018 and later on, charges were framed on 20.09.2019 and thereafter, the petitioner was regularly appearing before the trial Court, however, on 18.10.2022, the surety of the petitioner moved an application for withdrawal of the surety as he wanted to leave the country and the prayer was allowed and the petitioner was directed to arrange afresh surety but he could not do so, therefore, he moved an application for personal exemption, which was allowed and on the next date of hearing i.e. on 02.11.2022, the petitioner again could not arrange the surety and even has not appeared before the trial Court and therefore, his bail/surety bonds were cancelled and non-bailable warrants were issued. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On asking of the Court, Mr. Navneet Singh, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has not disputed the factual position. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid factual position, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and he will be released on bail subject to his furnishing fresh bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 6. This will, however, be subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit the costs of Rs.3,000/- with the District Legal Services Authority, concerned.
