JUDGMENT Jagmohan Bansal, J. - The custody certificate dated 07.12.2022 filed by State counsel discloses that applicant-petitioner has already undergone sentence awarded. The petitioner has already been released on 15.08.2022. 2. Faced with this situation, the petitioner does not want to further pursue the matter. The present petition has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as infracutuous.
