JUDGMENT Anoop Chitkara, J. - After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file fresh petition with clarification that in case the person who had received injuries, have made out an offence under Section 308 IPC. 2. Given above, the present petition is disposed of as having been withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the way in case fresh petition is filed. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
