JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan, J. - This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 11 dated 14.2.2019, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala. 2. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that prosecution evidence has been concluded. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, no interference is called for at this stage. The petition is disposed of. 4. There is no doubt that in case the petitioner makes a request to the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
