JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan , J. - This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0450 dated 3.8.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, 1860 and Sections 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at P.S. Narnaund, Police District Hansi, District Hisar. 2. Learned State Counsel filed reply dated 17.8.2022. As per the reply, the petitioner was given notices to produce the relevant record of ownership of the agriculture land for which compensation of crop insurance was claimed. He on instructions from Lalit Kumar, DSP, State Crime Branch, Hisar submits that two notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C were given to the petitioner but he failed to appear. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not appear, he is ready to join investigation within one week from today and will lend his co-operation. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant opposes the prayer made in the petition. 5. Learned State Counsel at this stage submits that let the petitioner appear within one week from today in compliance of notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and in case the petitioner is to be arrested, he would be given three days clear notice. 6. In view of the fact that as on date only notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C has been given, there is no apprehension of arrest. Petition is disposed of. 7. Since the main case has been decided, the pending application, if any is rendered infructuous.
