JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan, J. - After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh application for pre-mature release. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 2. There is no doubt that in eventuality of petitioner making a prayer for pre-mature release, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 3. Since the main case has been dismissed as withdrawn, pending application, if any is rendered infructuous.
