JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan, J. - This petition is filed seeking directions to official respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents (arrayed in the petition) as they had solemnized marriage against their wishes. 2. Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioners were contacted by IO Baljinder Singh and the petitioners have stated that at present they are in Chandigarh and there is no threat perception, as and when occasion would arise they will approach the police authorities concerned. He submits that in case the petitioners approach authorities, the needful in accordance with law would be done. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the contention made by learned State Counsel. 4. In view of the above, no further directions are called for. Petition is disposed of.
