JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan, J. - This petition is filed seeking directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents (arrayed in the petition) as they have solemnised marriage against the wishes of their parents. 2. This petition has been drafted without waiting for the representation to reach the concerned quarter. 3. In view of above circumstances, no interference is called for. The petition is disposed of with liberty to pursue the representation. 4. There is no doubt that in eventuality of petitioners approaching the police authorities, the needful in accordance with law would be done expeditiously. 5. It is clarified that this court has not commented upon factum of marriage, validity of marriage and age of the petitioners.
