JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan, J. - This petition is filed seeking transfer of the criminal appeal CRA-30-2021 preferred against the judgment dated 16th March, 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time realising that in appeal proceedings the convict is not required to remain present, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
