JUDGMENT Avneesh Jhingan, J. - This petition is filed seeking directions to the official respondents to protect life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents as petitioners have solemnized marriage against the wishes of parents and other relatives. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law and pursue the representation. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. There is no doubt that in case petitioners approaches the police authorities in Haryana, the needful in accordance with law would be done expeditiously. 5. It is clarified that this court has not commented on marriage, its validity and age of the petitioners.
